It is March! Who would have imagined that we would reach one year of pandemic restrictions here in Canada. A year that forced all of us to pivot and change our way of living. It is also a year of virtual connections and less of in person interactions with our friends and coworkers.
The pandemic has shown us our resilience and ability to adapt to challenges. It might have instilled fear and stress to all of us in the beginning but with the support that we have given to each, most of us are all able to continue with our lives. This pandemic has shown us our abilities to survive during the hardships and our ability to share to others as much as we can. We want to honour and thank all the frontline workers for their hard work as they risk their lives to serve us all. From the bottom of our hearts – Thank you!
Our real estate wins for the month: We have closed on our property in Oshawa and in full renovation mode. This is the most exciting part for us. It is really fun to be able to transform a property from its dated look into a beautiful home. A lot of hard work for us but very fulfilling in the end. We have also attend the first ever Keyspire Virtual Investor Summit where we have learned from the experiences of successful real estate entrepreneurs and got inspired from fellow investors who have achieved their dreams from investing in real estate. The best part of the Summit was for us to have Virtual cocktails with Scott McGillivray and Michael Sarracini, founders of Keyspire. It was like having a mastermind session, discovering advanced strategies that we can apply in our real estate investing journey. We are very happy to have started our real estate investment journey because we know that every single step we make we are closer to achieving our dreams not only for ourselves, our son, and family but also for our joint venture partners.
