News From Lea and Lefry
Hello everyone!
Spring is almost coming to an end and we are finally saying hello to Summer. Although this particular time of the year is quite challenging for all of us to enjoy the weather to the fullest as we face the pandemic, there are still a lot of things that we can be thankful for. The pandemic has made us closer to the people who matter most to us. Father’s Day is coming, and this celebration will be even more special to all of us.
This will be our second year celebrating Lefry being a great father to our son Luke. I remember how excited he was when he first saw our son. The joy just overflows in him. As time went by, an ordinary man turned by love into a hero, a storyteller, an adventurer, a dreamer, a comedian, a teacher, an inspiration, and so much more for our son. I couldn’t be more proud of him. It is also a celebration of our dad, Ron, who never fails to be with us and help us in every step of the way. He is our guiding light and our support, and that we are very lucky and thankful for.
I was going through a stack of pictures looking for a picture of Lefry and my dad for Father’s Day and saw this picture below. This picture reminded me of the time when they did demolition in our property’s basement. We were converting the old basement into a 2-bedroom basement suite. The conversion not only increased the value of our property but also provided a monthly income stream.
This sparked our interest in real estate investment and gave us the aha moment. A moment of realization that this type of investment can give us not only financial freedom but the time freedom, the freedom to be with our son in his most important moments. And now it became a passion for us to also help our friends achieve their goals and dreams. As the saying goes,
“Success isn’t about how much money you make, it’s about the difference you make in people’s lives”.
