February is here! The month where we celebrate LOVE. This month is not only to celebrate love for intimate relationships but also our love for our family, friends, and most of all ourselves. As Leon Brown said, “You must love yourself first, then you create a ripple of love that will touch everyone’s lives.”
The pandemic has taken a lot of toll in everyone’s lives. The past months have been challenging for most people which have had some impact in their mental health. According to a poll done by Mental Health Research Canada (MHRC) on December 2020, there are more Canadians experiencing depression and anxiety disorders than ever before. So, what can we do to help? A simple act of love can go a long way. Reach out to your family and friends, ask them how they are, offer your ears and listen to them, and give your loving support. Let them feel your love. And if you are one of those who are struggling with your mental health, talk to your family and friends and don’t be afraid to share your emotions and difficulties as they are your best support network.
Our real estate wins for the month: As we mentioned in our January 2021 Ezine, we have created a full year’s plan for our real estate investing. In the past 2 weeks, we are happy to say that we have achieved our January’s goals. We now have a firm deal on a property that we will be closing this month and we have started wholesaling some properties to fellow investors. But we are not stopping there, we are continuously looking at several multifamily properties that have great potential for return of investment for our investment partners and aiming to get more firm deals. We also welcomed new trades in our power team and excited to be working with them. Doing renovations has also been our favourite part of our real estate investing process as we are able to turn a run down place in to a beautiful home for families to live.
